Our Italian Pasta Factory
is an Italian traditional Food company established in 2004 in Miami
by the Italian entrepreneur Umberto Costa,
who still now owns and manages the Company.
Fresh pasta, sauces and all other specialties under our brand are homemade in Dania Beach, Fl.,
according to the old very Italian recipes.
The Company's target has always been the finest quality: we only select the best ingredients on the market,
most of them imported from Italy;
no additives nor preservatives are used in our factory.
As a further guarantee of quality and process-safety,
our meat and poultry stuffed products are certified by
United States Department of Agriculture, Est. 45764.
is full-time committed in the good practices’ improvement,
as well as aimed to providing our customers with healthy products,
for a correct and balanced nutrition's sake.
For example, we only use Kosher non-GMO organic spices,
sea salt, pasteurized eggs.
In this scope, we’re now developing new product lines for those customers
who chose a different lifestyle.
Vegan stuffed pasta, gluten-free flour pasta all’uovo and semolina pasta
are on the way, and more green-life options will follow.
